How do I restore my NestHold Pro purchase?

NestHold Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase attached to your Apple ID. If you change iPhones or reinstall the app, you will never be charged twice:
- Open NestHold on your device.
- Tap the Settings tab at the bottom right.
- Under the NestHold Pro section, tap Restore Purchases.
- iOS will securely verify your receipt with the Apple App Store, and all Pro features will unlock immediately.
How do I transfer my inventory to a new iPhone?
Data & Backup

Method 1: Complete In-App Backup & AirDrop (Recommended)
- On your old iPhone, open NestHold and tap Settings → Create Backup.
- AirDrop the file directly to your new device, or save it to your iCloud Drive / Files app.
- On your new iPhone, open NestHold, go to Settings → Import Backup, and select your file. All your items and photos will be restored.
Method 2: Certified PDF & CSV Export
From the Export tab, you can export a full spreadsheet or certified PDF insurance dossier anytime.
How do I capture item photos and receipts?
Receipts
NestHold allows you to capture both the physical item and the paper or digital receipt side-by-side:
- When adding or editing an item, tap ITEM PHOTO to photograph the possession.
- Tap RECEIPT / INVOICE PHOTO to capture a photo of the store receipt or warranty card.
- In the item detail view, tap the RECEIPT ATTACHED badge anytime to view the high-resolution receipt photo.
How do I enable Face ID protection?
Security
Lock your home inventory and receipts behind Apple Face ID or Touch ID:
- Open NestHold and go to Settings.
- Toggle Face ID Lock to ON.
- When iOS prompts for permission, tap Allow. Face ID will now be required every time the app opens.
